# Can I pay the GED test fee for  someone else?

Yes, you can pay the GED test fee for someone else by buying the pre-paid GED test vouchers.

To do so, you need to go to [the GED Marketplace website](https://shop.gedmarketplace.com/selector), choose the location where the student wants to take the test, and then you are presented with the option to buy pre-paid vouchers. You can choose a voucher for 1 single subject or all 4 subjects. Keep in mind that there is a difference between a voucher for the online proctored GED test and a voucher for the in-person GED test at a testing center.
