# How do I get a printed copy of my GED diploma

GED diplomas are issued by your **state**, and the process varies depending on where you live. Some states send an email right after you pass with a copy of your **e-diploma** and **e-transcript**, while others mail a **paper copy** of both documents.

For example, in **Florida**, you can:

1. Log into your GED account.
2. Go to **“My Scores.”**
3. Select **“Order Duplicates.”**
4. Choose **“Diploma”** and then **“Printed Diploma.”**
5. Enter your name and mailing address.

For more information about your specific state, contact GED.com. The easiest way to reach them is through their **chat support**.
