When you receive the “Incorrect Code” message while redeeming a GED Ready voucher from Onsego, it means that you mistakenly pasted the code into the **Coupon** box instead of the **Voucher/Promotion Code** box.

**You must paste this code into the “Voucher/Promotion Code” box.**

This situation usually happens when students are **not logged into their GED.com accounts** and miss the “Voucher/Promotion Code” field

Here’s what to do:

1. Log in to your GED.com account.
2. Click on the **“Study”** button.
3. On the next page, click on "See if I'm ready."
4. You will be redirected to the product page, where you can choose your subject. Then you can choose your language: English or Spanish. 
5. On the next page, you will see " Do you need to redeem a voucher?" Choose "Yes, I need to redeem a voucher," then follow the directions on the screen.
