# What to do if my credit card is declined

Sometimes, a credit/debit card is declined for reasons unknown to us. If this happens to you, please follow these suggestions:

- Check if you added all the needed information, including the CVV/CVC code.
- Check if the cardholder’s Street Address and Zip Code are correct.
- Check if the Expiration Month and Year are correct.

Choose a different payment method:

- Choose PayPal instead of a credit card. PayPal payments are free for you; we cover all costs.

- Use an American Express Bluebird prepaid card. You can add cash to this card at Walmart.
