Why was my card declined?
Unfortunately, when the payment processing company declines a transaction on behalf of your bank or card issuer, it does not tell us why.
You can do four things:
1. Check if you added all the needed information, including the CVV/CVC code.
2. Check if the cardholder’s Street Address and Zip Code are correct.
3. Check if the Expiration Month and Year are correct.
4. Contact your bank or use PayPal.
