Why was my card declined?

Unfortunately, when the payment processing company declines a transaction on behalf of your bank or card issuer, it does not tell us why.

You can do a few things:

  • Check if you added all the needed information, including the CVV/CVC code.
  • Check if the cardholder’s Street Address and Zip Code are correct.
  • Check if the Expiration Month and Year are correct
  • Choose PayPal instead of a credit card. PayPal payments are free for you, we cover all costs
