The RLA test is 150 minutes long, with a 10-minute break between Part I (72 minutes) and Part II (65 minutes). The questions include multiple-choice, drag-and-drop, fill-in-the-blank, drop-down, and an essay question (extended response).
You must also write a well-structured essay of at least 300 words (Extended Response) analyzing and comparing two opposing arguments, identifying stronger evidence and reasoning.
