It is Amazon’s belief that all of the retail giant’s workers should have the chance to improve their skills and knowledge so they can work toward better-paying and exciting career options.

The company’s Career Choice program offers this opportunity to thousands of Amazon employees. They can now earn professional certificates or college degrees that may otherwise have been out of reach.

The program is open to all Amazon employees who have been working at the company for a period of at least 90 days, and the maximum annual reimbursement for fees, tuition, and books is $5,250 (part-time Amazon associates can get up to a maximum of $2,625).
