A video says “Sorry. Because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here.” What should I do?

If you see this message, try the steps below:

1. Check the URL in your browser

Make sure you’re logged in at: app.onsego.com
If not, log out and go to https://app.onsego.com to log in again.

2. Clear your browser cache (Google Chrome)

3. Try a different browser
