# A video says “Sorry. Because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here.” What should I do?

If you see this message, try the steps below:

1**. Check the URL in your browser**
Onsego videos can only play on our secure domain.
Make sure you're logged in at: app.onsego.com
If not, log out and go to https://app.onsego.com to log in again.

2.**Clear your browser cache (Google Chrome)**

Click the three dots in the top-right corner

Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data

Select "All time" as the time range

Check “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”

Click Clear data

3.**Try a different browser**
Use Firefox, Edge, or Safari if Chrome isn’t working. Some browser settings may block video playback.

4. Enable all cookies (Chrome)

Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data

Choose Allow all cookies

**5. Disable browser extensions**
Privacy or ad-blocking extensions (like uBlock, DuckDuckGo, or Ghostery) may block videos. Try disabling them temporarily.

**6. Update your browser**
An outdated browser might not support video playback. Make sure you're using the latest version.
