# How can I get a refund and my money back?

Onsego offers a **7-day money-back guarantee** for our GED prep courses.

If you purchased an Onsego course within the last 7 days and would like a refund, just send us an email with your request using the form on this page: [Click here to request a refund.](https://onsego.com/request-a-refund/)

Once you submit your request, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder and make sure your inbox can receive new messages.

> **Please note:** The Onsego support team cannot submit a refund request on your behalf.

### Refund Eligibility and Integrity

We understand that Onsego may not be the right fit for everyone, and we respect your decision to request a refund.

However, if you’ve completed **over 40% of one or more subject prep courses** during the 7-day period and then ask for a refund, we consider this an unfair use of our guarantee.

In this case, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, we will deduct a **$49 course fee** from your total refund.

- Refunds take **2–10 business days** to appear on your bank or card statement.
- **Only the account owner** can request a refund.
- Each student is eligible for **one refund only**.
