If you don’t complete the test in one sitting, the result page will get stuck on this screen saying “Quiz complete. Results are being recorded,” but your score won’t be saved.
Another common reason is inactivity: if you are inactive for more than 1 hour, the system automatically logs you out. Even if the test page still looks open, you’re no longer logged in, so your answers can’t be saved.
If your practice test results aren’t showing, this is most likely the reason.
To ensure your results are saved and recorded, you must:
- Complete the full quiz in one session
- Stay active during the test
- Click the Finish Quiz button at the end
If you leave and return later without finishing, or if you’re logged out due to inactivity, your answers won’t be saved or counted.
