Unable to Make a Payment

Unfortunately, when the payment processing company declines a transaction on behalf of your bank or card issuer, it does not tell us why.

If this happens to you, please follow these suggestions:

• Choose PayPal instead of a credit card.  You can use PayPay even if you don’t have an account with them. Here is how: https://help.onsego.com/article/364-use-paypal-without-an-account. PayPal payments are free for you; we cover all costs.
• Purchase an Onsego Gift Card.
• Use the prepaid American Express Bluebird debit card. You can add cash to this card at Walmart. It is accepted online.

Alternatively,

• Purchase the Amazon Gift card and send it to support@onsego.com. Then send us an eGift code from Amazon, and we will activate your account manually.
