  • Test-takers cannot already possess a high school or equivalent diploma.
  • Test-takers cannot be registered for some other school programs.
  • In West Virginia, the minimum age for HiSET testing is 16, but test takers 16, 17, and 18 years old must meet more requirements, e.g., having parental consent and permission from their school districts.
