Step 3: Meet the Readiness Checkpoints – This is how you’ll know you’re fully prepared to walk into the testing center with confidence. Within your first 12 months, simply meet our two key checkpoints for each subject (see below).
Step 4: Take the Official GED® Test – With your passing practice scores, you’ll be in the best possible position to succeed. If you don’t pass one or more subjects, our guarantee has you covered. Simply email our support team with your score reports, and we’ll handle the rest.
Our Shared Commitment to Your Success
This guarantee is a partnership. To be eligible, we ask that you demonstrate you are ready for the official test by completing these two readiness checkpoints for each subject within your first 12 months:
- ✅ Achieve a Passing Score on Onsego Practice Tests: Earn a score of at least 65% (an ‘A’ grade in our system) on an Onsego practice test for each subject.
- ✅ Pass the Official GED Ready® Practice Test: Use one of your included vouchers to take the official GED Ready® practice test for that same subject and receive a “Likely to Pass” score (145 or higher).
That’s it. If you meet these two criteria for a subject and don’t pass the official test, you’re covered. This approach proves you are ready for the test and respects your independence as a learner.
