In Utah, students have the option to take the GED test in an online format. They only qualify for taking the four GED modules (independent subtests) online if they have reached “likely to pass” results on the GED Ready test.
The GED Ready® test must be purchased for $6.99 each on the official GED.com website. There’s a GED Ready test for each GED® subtest, so four in total. So that will set GED students back $28 on top of the testing fees.

GED Scoring
The GED modules are measured on a scoring scale that runs from 100 up to 200. Scoring is as follows: 100-144 is below passing; 145-164 is the HS equivalency score; 165-174 means you’re college-ready; and when you score between 175 and 200, you will additionally receive college credits.
