How Do I Register For The GED Test?
The four GED sub-exams are administrated exclusively in a computer-based format. Registration for the exam and the GED Ready test must be done online at GED.com. GED candidates are required to create an account at the portal MyGED, where they can schedule and pay for their tests. Students only need to pay for the sections they take.
What’s On The GED Test?
There are four sub-exams (independent modules) on the GED exam. The sub-exams are pretty challenging, and the passing scores are set at such a level that the average high school graduate has only a 60% chance of passing the exam on the first try!
The four GED sub-exams assess knowledge levels in the academic subject areas of Math, Social Studies, Language Arts, and Science.
